Withdraw from a contract.
14 calendar days without reason
When purchasing goods remotely, you can generally withdraw within 14 days of receipt (in the case of separate deliveries from the last part), even before delivery. You just need to send the notification within the deadline. You can use this form, e-mail info@opalmultimedia.sk or a clear written statement; you do not need an account or a reason. Send the goods within 14 days of withdrawal to the address: not yet entered; contact the operator before sending . In the case of a normal withdrawal, you bear the direct costs of the return, if you have been properly informed about this. For goods that cannot be returned by regular mail, the trader must notify the costs in advance; the costs and method of returning such goods: not yet determined; live sales are not available .
Refunds and exceptions
For an actual purchase, the trader will refund payments, including the cost of the cheapest standard delivery offered, within 14 days of receiving the withdrawal notice, using the same payment method unless you agree otherwise without additional fees. The trader may withhold the refund until they receive the returned goods or you provide proof of dispatch. You are liable only for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the goods’ characteristics and functionality. Statutory exceptions include, for example, custom-made goods, sealed goods unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons once unsealed, and sealed software or audio or video recordings once unsealed. Simply opening the ordinary packaging of electronics does not automatically remove the right of withdrawal. Digital content and services have specific statutory conditions; we do not provide automatic delivery of digital content.
Notification and confirmation
By filling in, you specify the contract and contact email. By clicking the "Confirm withdrawal from the contract" button, you send the notification. The immediate confirmation contains its text and the date and time of delivery. You can download it; you will also receive the confirmation by email.
