Purposes and legal bases
We use contact and order data (name, email, optional telephone, addresses, company identifiers, items), as well as name, optional email and messages from the customer chat to process your request and steps before concluding a contract, in the event of an actual purchase for the performance of the contract (Art. 6 Para. 1 Letter b GDPR). For statutory accounting and complaint obligations, the basis is a legal obligation (Letter c); account protection, prevention of abuse and the assertion of claims are based on a legitimate interest (Letter f). Marketing consents are not collected.

Account and technical data
Ory Kratos processes your email address, name, verification and sessions. One-time codes are sent by email; a passkey stores a public key, not biometric data. Your device processes Face ID or fingerprints. We do not carry out automated decision-making with legal effects or profiling.
Recipients and transfers
We host the website and databases on Hetzner in Germany, transactional emails are sent by Brevo. Product images and encrypted backups of the application and databases are stored in Google Cloud in Frankfurt. The browser receives the images via our domain; the original catalog is not contacted when browsing. Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction and data portability within the scope of the GDPR, object to processing based on legitimate interest and file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (dataprotection.gov.sk). We will usually respond within one month; legal exceptions may prevent immediate deletion. Required fields are marked; without them, the request cannot be processed. Consent to privacy is not a condition for the performance of the contract.
